By downloading or using Localy AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
Localy AI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the app.
Models and content
Models downloaded through Localy AI are governed by their respective open-source licenses. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you generate. AI outputs may be inaccurate — verify anything important.
Acceptable use
Do not use Localy AI to generate unlawful content, infringe on others' rights, or create harmful, deceptive, or abusive material.
Disclaimer
Localy AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app or model outputs.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
